The key focuses of the ISO 9001:2015 revision was to enhance clarity and compatibility with other management system standards.
Started from June of 2018, the ISO implementation in service quality management project had been warmed up with ISO awareness training for the Baria Serece ISO team. Reviewing system, policies, procedures and processes as well as training the ISO team to carry out internal audits were steps to approach ISO 9001 requirements.
In November 2018, Baria Serece had a two-stage assessment from TUV Nord certification body to be qualified for ISO certification. First an initial review of the management system against ISO 9001 identifying any omissions or weaknesses that need resolving before stage #2 full assessment.
